Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 894. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 48(JUD) "An Act exempting municipal service area boards from the requirements of conducting meetings open to the public when a meeting is administrative or managerial in nature; and amending the definition of 'meeting' as it relates to public governmental meetings" was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
